Hi, and welcome to my small space on t'interweb. I live in East Leeds with my 2 cats, Bob and Viv and live and work by the mantras...
Always a pleasure, never a chore

Never look down on anyone, unless you're helping them up
I'm a homeworking IT Infrastructure engineer and in basic terms, that means that I look after the things in the background that keep the wheels turning and the lights on.
I pride myself on being on time, although I'm normally early if truth be told. I can sometimes take a little longer to get things completed because I have more than a hint of perfectionist running through me.
I love movies and have a very varied taste!
A very small selection of favourites...
The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink, St Elmo's Fire, Weird Science, Italian Job 1969 Version!, anything Quentin Tarantino, Life of Brian, Arthur, to name a few.
"She is the only evidence of God I have seen with the exception of the mysterious force that removes one sock from the dryer every time I do my laundry."
- Emilio Estevez as Kirby Keger in St Elmo 's Fire (1985)
"A real woman could stop you from drinking. It'd have to be a real BIG woman"
- Jill Eikenberry as Susan Johnson and Dudley Moore as Arthur in Arthur (1981)
"Yes... You obviously have a wonderful economy with words, Gloria. I look forward to your next syllable with great eagerness."
- John Gielgud as Hobson in Arthur (1981)
"Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it."
- Matthew Broderick as Ferris Bueller in Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986)
"I know what you're thinking "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Now to tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself, but being this is a . 44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and would blow your head clean off, you've gotta ask yourself one question. "Do I feel lucky?" Well do ya punk?"
- Clint Eastwood as Inspector "Dirty" Harry Callahan in Dirty Harry (1971)
"He's not the Messiah. He's a very naughty boy! Now, piss off!"
- Terry Jones as Brian's Mother in Monty Python's Life of Brian (1979)
"I am serious. And don't call me Shirley."
- Leslie Nielsen as Dr. Rumack in Airplane! (1980)
